Cancellations

Contact support within 12 hours. Orders may be cancelled before packing and shipment begin. The source policy states a 12.5% service and processing fee for a voluntary cancellation, subject to applicable rights.

Voluntary returns

Request a return within 15 days of the original purchase. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase. For the source policy's listed change-of-mind reasons, the purchaser pays tracked return postage and an SGD 29 packing and handling deduction applies.

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Contact support immediately with the order reference and details so the team can assess and arrange the appropriate remedy. Voluntary-return fees do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
